Left Tempe back 1995. Things certainly have changed.

This video is downtown Phoenix but I will do Tempe soon! Tempe has changed SO much since 1995 you’ll be blown away! Thank you for watching by the way. 😊

I think depends on the person. I love energy so to me, the vibe of Tempe mixed with the growth of ASU is very exciting. To many trying to live affordably, it's not, and that I understand. Or to those who like peace and quiet and less traffic, downtown Tempe has certainly gotten away from that. Instead of just Mill Ave it's now miles of entertainment, shopping, eating and housing.

Hello! The Ryan looks so nice! That complex has so many amenities offered with it, too! Plus, having a grocery store so close will make living there so much easier than other locations in downtown Phoenix. So That’s great! I’m sure you’ll love it there. 😊 And you’re welcome! I hope to do more driving tours of Phoenix metro soon. We have so many fantastic areas that people should see. And best of luck with your real estate license! It’s a very rewarding career. Thank you for watching and thank you for commenting! 😊🏡

Duhh ....Thanks for one continues blur I didn't see one different stop about anything. And I didn't see Mr Luckys either..

Hi! Thanks for watching and commenting! Indeed, you are correct! Mr. Lucky's was a very cool and iconic place! However, this tour was based in midtown and then into downtown Phoenix. Mr. Lucky's is not located in those areas. Also, it has been closed for a very long time. I wish it would reopen! However, last I heard it is being torn down for road improvements. Very sad but we will always have our memories! Did you go there often?

Hello! Downtown Phoenix is so vibrant it needed a little kick up for the video! ;) But yes, it's like watching TV and the commercials come on and blast you awake. 😂 Thanks for watching!
