As my father always taught me, a clean job site is a happy job site. meaning if it is clean and you do not have to search for anything nor are you tripping over trash, they you can be productive. plus people see a clean job site and they feel like they hired the right crew to do the job.

I'm delighted that you clean and maintain your equipment, as well as park everything inside. All of your equipment looks great. Just so you know, you can take a pressure washer to the inside of those truck cabs and suck off the water with the shop vac.
Cole here is a truckers tip for you . When you go to Wally world and you get the plastic bags for your grocery's save the good bags . Here's why . You can take a old tube sock and stuff it full of the bags then tuck it away neatly after taking one bag out and placing it on either the passenger seat arm rest or you can hang them from the release valves on the dash . When they make trash they can place it in the bag . If it gets full before you are done for the day tie it off and replace it . If you use the bag and it has trash in it when you are done for the day take the trash out with you . I can write this in crayon if you need me to so Daddy corn star and anyone else using the vehicle can see how to do this . Good luck with this . I hate a messy truck .
Lol, Boot legger, messy cabs ramp up my OCD, not that my quarter ton pick-up cab compares to a semi, tractor, or combine cab. I sometimes have to practice my calm breathing and make sure to keep my hands in my lap when riding with friends. 😬

To prevent that mud compacting above the fifth wheel hitch on the grain trailer, you can get fenders that go over the semi tires to keep the mud from doing what you were saying in the video.

Hi Summer, good work on the editing. I still love the dog. Well, it looks like if I was on your farm, I would have a full time job cleaning things. I am real proud of Cole and Cooper, I am 59 and I just do not have their ambition and self motivation. I do not have a job either after 23 years with the same company. I worked on my Aunt's farm for a little while and they never cleaned anything unless they had to. I still do not know why I am hooked on these video's. Cole knows a lot and he has a fun personality. I hope he is doing videos five years from now. I want to see if he will be the same guy he is now. Thanks for the video.

One more thing Cole you would of done well in the Army attention to detail as well as what we call PMCS Preventative maintenance checks and services . The only way to insure your equipment is ready when you need it .

Farmers are truly jack of all trades. My uncle was a watermelon, cotton, and cucumber farmer in south Texas about 25 years ago and was always borrowing my dads welder and hd engine hoist for something or other. So of course you have something home made.
tip for you cole, are there props on the reel because you can leave it up over winter and its easy to clean out behind auger and work on without tines poking you in head .leaf blow first is quick clean . and i spray oil on bare metal and chains when it drys . ilike your attitude to work, good lad .

Please it would make it easier as I don't really watch the farming things 🙊🙈.. also your house with the new cladding looks amazing and the clean equipment will add to their lifespan. Farming practices have changed for the better over the years, years ago most farmers didn’t replace anything until it completely broke and cost more than it should have if fixed earlier lol. Some never heard of preventive maintenance.
Put some fenders on those semi’s so you don’t have mud and rocks getting thrown up under those hopper bottoms. That might help keep it a little cleaner under there
