Fantastic project and great figures. I picked up a few Greek bits from GEG at Warfare a few years back. The Priests are my favourites. Look forward to seeing them done. And on that topic, what colors are you going to use for the uniforms?
Hi, uniforms has been an interesting topic! I've read that there were at least 4 clothing issues some of which were also locally dyed. I have a Greek source book - more on this in a later video plus Osprey publication etc. Basically, the Greek sources tend to promote a greener hue, whereas the Osprey opts for a more Khaki look (similar to British uniforms, which is the origin material delivered to the Greeks). There is also direct reference to the Evzones specifically being issued with a Khaki coat. My feeling at the moment is to go for primarily Khaki for the Evzones, with the mountain infantry adopting a more greener tone. I'll cover the AK and Vallejo choices on the next video 👍
