Preparing for Easter🐰/ Easter table decor DIY / muffins - cookies / gift idea

- Hello friends and welcome to another vlog.💕🐰 In this video I'm going to share with you a little of my preparation for Easter. I made an arrangement for a table with flowers, eggshells and candle art, muffins decorated for Easter, biscuits and a gift suggestion. I really hope you enjoy the video. I wish you all a happy and holy Easter.
Vanilla Muffin Recipe
50g room temperature butter
130g sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
200g sifted wheat flour
1 pinch of salt
150ml milk
2 eggs
15g cake yeast
Beat the sugar with the butter, egg and pinch of salt until lightly creamed.Then add the milk, flour and vanilla, stir slowly and finally add the cake yeast.Bake for 20 minutes at 180°c.
Cream for icing
2 tins of condensed milk
125ml heavy cream
1 tablespoon cornflour
1 tablespoon butter
Mix the cornflour well with the condensed milk before bringing to the boil. Add the other ingredients and cook, stirring well, over a low heat until it thickens. Leave to cool in another container so as not to burn the bottom.
Cookies recipe
3 eggs
200g butter at room temperature
250g cornstarch
325g sugar
500g wheat flour
1 1/2 teaspoons cake yeast
Mix all the ingredients together until it forms a dough that detaches from your hands. Leave to rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours before using.

Fiz um arranjo para mesa posta com flores, casca de ovo e arte em vela, muffins decorado para a páscoa, biscoitos e uma sugestão de presente. Espero muito que vocês gostem do vídeo. Desejo a todos uma feliz e santa páscoa.
Receita do Muffin de Baunilha
50g de manteiga em temperatura ambiente
130g de açúcar
1 colher de chá de essência de baunilha
200g de farinha de trigo peneirada
1 pitada de sal
150ml de leite
2 ovos
15g de fermento para bolo
Bata o açúcar com a manteiga, o ovo, e a pitada de sal até ficar um creme bem claro.Depois junte o leite a farinha de trigo e a baunilha, mexa devagar e por último acrescente o fermento de bolo.Asse por 20 minutos a 180°c.
Creme para cobertura
2 latas de leite condensado
125ml de creme de leite
1 colher de sopa de amido de milho
1 colher de sopa de manteiga
Misture bem o amido de milho com o leite condensado antes de levar ao fogo baixo. Junte os outros ingredientes e cozinhe mexendo bem, sempre em fogo baixo até engrossar. Deixe esfriar em outro recipiente para não queimar o fundo.
Receita dos Biscoitos
3 ovos
200g de manteiga em temperatura ambiente
250g de amido de milho
325g de açúcar
500g de farinha de trigo
1 1/2 colher de chá de fermento para bolo
Misture todos os ingredientes até formar uma massa que desprende das mãos. Deixe descansar na geladeira por no mínimo 2 horas antes de usar.
