I was also encouraged to try to "hook" players like this because they were so good for our bottom line. Did you think I made my earlier comments just as a result of watching TH-cam?
Are certain numbers against the rules ? I've calculated some systems that essentially can't lose if there's no minimum or maximum .

After seeing 4 Aces, you REALLY need to ask for a new shoe. It's a private table. There's no "etiquette" that prevents you from asking for a shuffle at any time.
Beyond just a bad count, common sense tells you that you're not going to get any blackjacks with half of the aces gone.
The aces being gone means the casinos will never allow a reshuffle. It’s pretty rare to get a reshuffle in general. Back in the day you can negotiate everything if ur a high roller but not these days

At 10:12, was she supposed to only deal one card per ace? If I didn't know better, I'd assume that was a mistake. That's a double deck table, and in double deck, one of the disadvantages is that splitting aces is treated as a double down instead of two new hands. However, they had switched from double deck to a six-deck shoe game. In six-deck, you're generally supposed to be able split aces and each new hand you get is supposed to be treated as a new hand. (As in he should've been able to hit instead of being forced to stand.) It's a lot of money he lost on that split, so I would call the casino and have them look at this.
