As swamiji sugested I"m using whar we call cúrcuma here, in mys forehead. that yellow product to decalcifie the third eye. I only felt different at the first night, when I saw my pictures in my wall clearly, while I was dreaming. The dream has nothing to do with my pictures. You didn't tell how long we have to put it to decalcify the third eye. My love and respects back.
Braceleta Moonn if your talking about turmeric paste, it’s good to apply before bed :) and I recommend using a sheet and blanket and pillow cases you don’t mind being stained. Then when you wake up in the morning reapply for another hour if you can! :D Nithyanandam.

Jacob Griffore all the other language are just another way to say what he just said in English for example he said the secret the satya the alchemy. ...he's just trying to describe it in different words but the meaning he is tell you just before

Those are Sanskrit and Tamil language words. I felt the same in the beginning I started following swamiji. If you watch more videos of swamiji you will catch the actual meaning and get used to that :)
