This could be done in a few ways. Circuit board or hard switch device. Either way I think it's cool. Me and the boys build shït like this all the time in the shop with broken parts from machines. He is lying to his teeth when he said it is 12kw. The transformer core is only around 300 watts, and wire size is only around #20 awg.

I seriously doubt that winding in the first place it should have been much bigger for 12000 Watts or a 1.2KW power generation, Even so to get it right you precisely need 220Volts multiplied by 54.5454545454Amps which would equal to 1.2Kw or 12,000 Watts precisely. How do I know the amps on dis setup mate??😂😂
Only problem I see that makes me question this is the fact that the 2 wires going into the receptacle ....well neither is insulated from the other so since they are touching(positive/ground or negative) it would catch on fire or at the least no power would get to the glue gun or light bulbs.

I think it is not more then 1200 watt because the transformer is aproximately 10 amps so maybe mistakenly one extra zero was added to 1200.
It is good idea but it need much more rpm but the drive motor is too small to drive.
