I love it too! I usually refund the extra shipping, which surprises folks.
Sometimes I refund shipping but I always make sure all the ebay fees are deducted first!

Another great pack & ship video!! Occasionally I get a buyer that purchases multiple items, but not often. A few years ago, a person purchased 12 items at once!! 12!!!! She messaged me to say she had a wonderful time browsing my store!! I was a fairly new reseller so I was somewhat intimidated but I took it 1 item at a time!! The smaller, more fragile items got packed in small boxes and it made it easier to package them all in a large box to ship together!! I hope you are having a wonderful week!!

Do you have any videos on how to handle transactions that were accidentally shipped to the opposite person. I’m trying to figure out how to take care of my stupid mistake. TIA
No, I’m sorry I do not. It’s very challenging to get “labels” to the buyers to resend the packages. You can create a label in pirate ship and save as a .pdf but ebay doesn’t allow .pdf attachments. You have to do a screenshot of the label and save as a .jpg to send to the buyers via an attachment to a message to each buyer. They have to agree to print it out, cover the old label “securely” to forward the package to the other person.
They can’t just “refuse” the package as it has their address on it.
You can offer to refund their original shipping if they will assist with the forwarding (assuming they paid the shipping).
Some will assist, some will be stubborn and delay getting the package out.
If they open a return to you, it’s hard to say what reason they will choose.
It’s happened to most of us at least once. Good luck. ebay doesn’t make it easy.
One more thought. You could mail the labels in an envelope to each buyer. BUT, when you create a label in pirate ship, you have to get the correct address from/to, the correct ship from zip codes, weight, pkg dimensions.
In pirate ship, you can create a “ship from” name/address to enter the ship from buyers name. You have to pay close attention to this because you are “switching” the packages.
You cannot use your ship from address on the label because your ZIP Code won’t be correct. Therefore the shipping cost won’t be correct.
Anyway, you might be able to pull it off and mail them the correct labels to use to forward the packages. **But you’ve got to be very very careful when setting up the labels in pirate ship.** And, obviously you pick up the cost of the shipping labels.
