I miss this era of shows.. I can watch them today like fairy tails.. and they are still good.. always get some heartbreaking moments.. you always learn something new.. hercules was a great example how to treat people I care about.. and what is really important in a life.. thank you Kevin S.
Reasons kids don't have morals these days is they don't have shows like this anymore. They learn from social media now
This episode was the first to put a real solo spotlight on Iolaus, and it's great. This is also a very good Nemesis. And Herc himself is, customarily, excellent.
The women in Hercules… whoever the casting director was, was definitely a man of culture.
What a fine series this was. Inspired me in so many things. Glad i came discovered Hercules all this time ago.

Also i like these little moments between the lead characters like when herc not wanting to dismiss iolaus's desire to follow his heart even though that might get him into trouble yet he's there to support him, as of course iolaus did for herc in the trial episode (one of my faves)
And the cherry on top he pretended to be fallen asleep as if iolaus had been that much late 😂😂

Great episode and agreed this was the first episode to put Iolus as a more serious star, and the show was better for it. Hercules and Iolus were a great team but separate they had their own moments as well.
the funniest part of the series was the constant recasting of all the side and background characters,
so Iolus dated/fell in love with the same actress playing multiple characters lol
They did the same thing with the Columbo TV show.
@@SamCalderas-nt6lv with Columbo it was more famous guest stars being the killer. The actors showing up to play different villains was a high light
With Hercules it was more cause they were filming in a shoe string budget
Is there a reason why I keep getting a Fred Flintstone and Barney Rubble vibe whenever I look at Hercules and Iolaus in this?

Iolaus was dope man, even herc was super impressed by that. Called his name nothing else and took in the situation in a split second, and didnt even mortally injure the guy. 90's-00's tv was peak.
