The headband mod increases the bass because they clamp tighter to your ear canal. Then you are cooking with Crisco for some sweet immersive gaming. However, the star of the show is the comfort. I have major comfort issues with 99 percent of headphones and the KSC75 headband mod cured what ailed me.
probably the most comfortable headphones out there. can't go back to using expensive bulkier heavy hi/mid-fi full sized headphones after wearing these.. despite not having super hires detail revival, still absolutely adore the sound signature of ksc75s.
So sorry for the slow reply(TH-cam didn't give me a notification on this one) but YES! I'm basically bald, but even when my beard is longer I have zero issues with these snagging any hairs!
@Thing Whas thanks, to be fair I've went for different slip ons now anyways. I found that the ones in the video unfortunately break quite easily which doesn't lend itself to music listening with some head bobbing lol

I Recently Acquired The Koss KPH40 , KPH30i , Porta Pro & KSC75 Which I Ordered The Same PartsExpress Band Your KSC75 Are On .Putting The KSC75 On A Band Makes These Usable Especially After Putting The YAXI PADS on My KSC75s Because They Are At That Point To Thick To Go On My Ears Using The Clips . The KSC75 Are The Least Sound Wise In My Opinion But Still Have Very Enjoyable Sound . The KOH30i Also Has Such A Nice Sound With The KPH40 Having The Best Sound Over All And The Porta Pros Have The Strongest Bass .
So, the issue I had about gaming with these is they are not mono, they are stereo, so I can't tell which direction the sound is coming from. How did you manage ? Thx, great vid.
Hmm you could try messing around in your sound settings to see if you can set the audio to mono. But for me I find the way they handle directional audio to be really good in competitive games
Sir, if I Listening like most Hip-hop, Pop song like Bruno Mars & Dua Lipa, K-pop, J-pop & little bit EDM song is it worth it for buying the koss ksc75? And how about soundstage, is it really wide/big or not? Thx for your answer & advice... Good video, keep it up 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽🔥🔥🔥 Sorry for my bad English...
Thank you for the comment! Sound stage is pretty wide I would say, since they are an on ear design. Artists like Bruno Mars will sound very good on these, but if your hip hop and EDM are very sub bass heavy(a lot of deep boomy bass) you may find these a little lacking. But for only $20, I think they’re good to pickup regardless of what sound profile you’re searching for!
Hi would you recommend this for long hours of video editing? I really hate the big ones cuz my ears and head hurt after a couple of hours. Was wondering if these would be ok. Thank u!
Hey i dont know if u still read this videos comments, but would u reccomend hyperx cloud core for gaming or this for gaming with good comfort, if price wasnt a factor. ( I play games like csgo, valorant, fortnite etc.)
Hmm I would honestly recommend steering clear of all hyperx products now that HP owns the brand. These are great for shooters, but you could also look into any of the SteelSeries Nova line if you want a headset with a mic!
@@BaxTechYT thank you, now making price a factor the nova line is way too expensive for me. Why is it a bad thing that HP owns hyperx now? And if ignoring that fact and the need for a microphone would u still suggest ksc75? Just for purely audio quality and comfort. Sorry for laying this on you. And thank you for your reply and time.
Well with HP taking over the brand, they changed the tuning of the Cloud II’s and to me they’re nowhere near as good as they used to be. The KSC75’s are fantastic though! Honestly just for the price alone, you can’t go wrong with them! Pair them with a good mic(usb or xlr) and you’ll be set! And thank you for watching the vids!
So theirs no need for a Dac amp? Will it sound even better with a Dac amp for footsteps on Call of Duty on my Ps5? Im barely learning about Dac Amps and I don’t want to waste money on one would love your feedback new sub btw!!
@@BaxTechYT If you like iems I strongly recommend you try the na2 just the na2 not na2+ in my opinion best iem under 100 eur, and you could do video on it, hope this channel grows big in near future!
they look kinda ugly but they get recommended also headset mic are bad by default this is what external mic is for and youre not ranting cause its the truth

Oh very interesting! I’ll have to look into that. I saw some mods for custom cables, but a headband mod would be sick!
The production quality for the amount of subs you have is absolutely insane. You earned a like & a sub my boy!
Thank you so much!!

Can you hear enemies on apex legends ?
After many cheap and expensive headphones and iems my daily driver is also a KSC75. On a headband though, they sound and feel much better. 👍
They’re SO good! Now I’m obsessed with checking out the entire Koss lineup🤣
do they really sound better? I don't wanna mod mine becouse I travel a lot and they fit better in my backpack without a headband :(
You sound EXACTLY like Patrick Mahomes
That's why my real name is Baxtrick Mahomes!
ITS UNCANNY
These headphones are as cheap to replace as a pair of generic apple earbuds. Amazing
Heck yeah! They have no right sounding this good for that price!
Change headband for overhead type. Changed the pads to Venture Electronics. Pretty much my daily driver for the past year.
Heck yeah! They’re solid. I’ll be rocking these as my main for a long while!
To play a game like CS:GO where sound is very important, can I know where is the sound coming from with these?
Yes! Just not that since they clip on, they won’t sit tight on your ears. So you may want something with more pinpoint accuracy
@@BaxTechYTwhat about with headbands?
I was quite tempted to get these for my phone, thankfully you showed the jack, I have a fat protection case on my phone so it wouldn't connect :(
Ah bummer. Well if you ever switch to a different case, I highly recommend checking these out!
👍 Great work, growing out my hair it's nice to find something that won't pull out hairs everytime I take em off

Merry Christmas my British bby😍

What about superlux HD 681?
Hi would you recommend this for long hours of video editing? I really hate the big ones cuz my ears and head hurt after a couple of hours. Was wondering if these would be ok. Thank u!
i know im late but yes
i wear them for hours and sometimes i forget that im using them (literally)
How about for fps competitive?
They're solid for anything honestly! There will be a lot of sound leak at high volumes, so you'll want a mic that doesn't pick that up
With this bang for buck headphones. What microphone do you suggest?
Is it possible to somehow compare these headphones with Superlux HD681F? ( Superlux aka AxelVox. aka PreSonus. aka SAMSON.)
how are these for sleeping?
If you’re a side sleeper, they gonna hurt! But for back sleepers they would be great!

no iem at this price come near to this
not even in 2024 were imo is the year of budget iems
Una consulta, los koss KSC75x son los mismos?
I'm wondering the same
Pretty much, the KSC75x are just a revamped version. They should sound the same, the KSC75x also comes with a better mic and cleaner look.
That’s a good tree
Santa’s special tree😏
Are these good for warzone 2 hearing footsteps?
Yes! You may want to have the volume up a bit higher than normal, since these give more of an open back sound. But they’re very good for shooters
