파리올림픽 여자마라톤 경기를 보던중에 이선수를 보고 심장이 멎었습니다. 저의 이상형이에요. 너무예뻐서 여기저기 검색했습니다. 당신은 너무 귀여워요.

Would love some insight into how these athletes are able to fuel to recover from all these workouts whilst staying internally healthy!😊

8 hours sleep, naps, hydrate, eat a lot of nutritious foods and also balanced with your fave treats, moderation with alcohol, stay on top of your mental health and spirituality, fuel up your social tank and spend time with loved ones ❤ stay consistent to get stronger. Being this fit is rewarding but there’s a lot of days spent exhausted (in a healthy way). I hope this helps. I’m a former D1 xc track athlete and current elite runner :)

@@jacquelinejuana34 thank you! But more specifics on nutrition - like how much? Timings?

@@laurenmillyx have breakfast, lunch, and dinner like Protein smoothies, eggs, avocado, oatmeal, chicken, steak, salmon, rice, dark greens, pasta. Snacks like protein shakes, yogurt, nuts, hummus, cheese - yet nutrition is unique for everyone so find what works for you and your needs. I don’t restrict, I try to consume a lot of nutritious food to repair my body from running 50 miles a week + 2 lifts. I also enjoy croissants, chips, pizza, fries, burgers, and ice cream in balanced ways 🤍 timings: it’s important to consume protein or food right after a workout session (like a protein shake)
