Crushed chilies - 2 tsp
Crushed coriander - 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds powder - 1 tsp
Fennel seeds powder - 1 tsp
Black cardamom-2
Green cardamom - 6
Cloves-7
Star anise- 2
Black pepper ½ tsp
Cinnamon stick - 2
Bay leaves - 3
Lemon wedges/ Lemon Juice - 1
Dried plum - 3 to 4
Chicken cubes - 2
Yogurt - 1/4 cup
Boiled chickpeas - 250 grams
Water - 4 1/2 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Basmati rice - 3 cups
Fried onion
Coriander leaves- 1/2 cup
Mint leaves- 1/2 cup
Kewra water- 1 tsp
Ghee - 2 tbsp
