Breastfeeding is one of the hardest things for a mom to do. We need to be more honest because my heart breaks when a mom feels bad that they struggle on this breastfeeding journey. Good luck to all moms trying

I just discovered your channel! It blessed me so much that I cried, to see the love and nurturing that all have for each other. Especially you and your husband. You are a great example of prayer that really works, and it's natural. You can tell it's nothing put on. Just thank you for sharing your family life. Your children are blessed to have parents like you both. They will grow up and be great leaders and parents because of what they have learned from you both! Let nothing come and steal your household peace or break your bond.

I'm so happy you had your implants takened out! Breast implant illness is real. I almost died from breast implants! All breast implants are highly toxic and dangerous! Never believe what doctors say that implants are safe. It's only about the money for them and not your health!❤

I had implants in 1982 and tried to breastfeed our 1st son in 1986. It hurt so bad and he wasn’t getting much. My MIL and 4 SIL’s were huge nursing advocates and tried to help me. My SIL gave me a breast pump thinking that’d be easier and I literally cried for 2 hrs as it hurt and I was lucky to get maybe an ounce. They all saw that and backed off making me feel guilty if I didn’t nurse. I had the silicone implants and she’s right, they put them over the muscle back then and inserted thru a tiny incision at the bottom of the areola. It made my nipples have a feeling like nerve damage and just touching them felt like I was being shocked. On sons 2 and 3, I asked for the medicine that dries up my milk so I didn’t go thru the painful engorgement as I did when I stopped breastfeeding. Btw, on our 1st son, he got jaundice and was lethargic, couldn’t wake him to nurse and he ended up in the hospital for 2 days. After that, the drs put him on formula and sugar water, I’d feed him every 2 hrs switching from formula, then sugar water. I had to write his feedings down and he started gaining weight. I think the week of trying to breastfeed caused him to lose weight, which all newborns do, but his was too much, especially weighing only 5#6oz to begin with. After our 3rd son was 2 yo, I was diagnosed with Lupus and I had my implants removed. Unfortunately, 30 yrs later and it’s caused a lot of complications like chronic pancreatitis, malabsorption and biliary stenosis, plus a lot more I won’t bore you with. I’d definitely wait until you’ve had all your children before getting implants if you plan on breastfeeding IMO.

I’m grateful I nursed both my kids for 12 months and 11 months respectively. No implants. Always an abundance of milk. Both kids stopped on their own. They just started to want to feed less and less until they would turn away from it. They wanted to drink out of a bottle and sippy cup. 🍼 🍼👶🏽👶🏽

Have you tried the Haaka. I breastfed 4, including our twins. #5 due in 2 months.
The Haaka is soooo gentle and easy. Very inexpensive. I would put it on by creating the suction and it would just gently draw out all the milk. I've used the Medela, spectra, and different hand pumps but the Haaka is my favorite. You can really control how much you want to draw out if you just need a little for relief. I highly recommend it! Congratulations!!! 🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤

Look up the moms keepsake or something like that, Google it, that makes a stone or resin from breast milk, and creates personalized jewelry that lasts a lifetime. I've seen another couple on you tube I follow that did it in the UK. But there's one here on the US too.

I worry about breast feeding and work. I don't have the most understanding or cooperative managers even though one is a woman and both have families. I know there are laws but figuring out how to step away from work to pump, eat, clean up any spills and go back to it concerns me. Any tips/suggestions?

I pumped in my office after giving birth way back when. The breaks that I never took came alive so that I could pump. I would just close my blinds, sit at my desk and do it. I had a fridge in there to store the milk to take it home after work. You can eat while you are pumping.

Hello! 👋🏾 Based off observation of the amount of milk in each bottle & my personal experience. Looks like she has a newborn, & the bottles she's using look to be abount 4-6oz bottles. Both her bottles are basically at or past the highest oz amount on those bottles. Although people will do what they feel is best for their babies, stomach size wise, newborns dont yet "need" to eat/drink that much a eating session, & definitely not double the amount. So based off her milk output we're seeing in this video, it's best her 1 breast milk quantity gets its own bag. Also because breast milk really shouldn't be refroze & reheated continuously, so since baby doesn't drink 8-12oz yet, its another reason not to double the milk by storing 1 pump session in 1 bag. Best to have to open another bag & heat if baby still hungry, than it is to heat an overage of milk & end up having to reheat/refreeze the remaining that baby didnt eat. Again, not speaking for her. Just using the knowledge from my own experience & observing what could be going on for her also. Her reasoning could be something different though. Hope that helps ❤

There's critical bonding that takes place during breastfeeding. Always go with God's design. There's a reason all other mammals breastfeed. Wouldn't you think there's a purpose to God's design? Breastmilk is crucial for IQ, brain development, immune system development and multiple other factors. The pain lasts only about 2 weeks (if that) and then it's painless when done properly. I breastfed as long as 15 months with our 4. Respectfully, choose what's best for your children, not easiest for you.
