I'm glad you liked the bags. I'm a huge supporter of Brandon Blackwood (10+ bags) and he's definitely stepping up the quality and presentation of his items.
And I have received 3 bags in a row (last one green Kendrick from trunk week) and all 3 bags had a visible dent on the back of them that were permanent damage. Aside that the green trunk’s color was fabulous, inside strongly smelled of chemicals. If I wanted to do an exchange, there is no more green standard size trunks available. Talked with customer service and it took 4 emails to finally get a begrudging offer of 15% off of a bag that cost $286 and had a defect. I was a huge BB supporter but this last experience was extremely unpleasant and I am loosing trust as a customer. Especially that each time I buy a bag, it has quality issue. Not only Kendrick trunks had a dent, ESR totes had material unraveling, and the bucket bag had the tag issue. I enjoy the designs but not loving the quality. And aside from visible damage, the trunk buckle is hard to open on previous models, it’s improved on the latest bags. But the bag opening is narrow, just enough to slide in my hand. So I wonder… are these bags overrated? Because unfortunately the quality is not there.

Love that blue croc embossed suede! I’ve had my eye on the leopard Kendrick for over a year and was able to get it during his trunk show earlier this year. I was also excited when it arrived earlier than expected. Can’t wait to style and carry it in the fall/winter.

Very nice! I like these, they are great to show off a pop of color. I just ordered one of these in a neutral color. The pops of color I want are sold out now, will have to wait for restock. I just got my first BB bag. I got the ESR denim tote. Its so cute! I want to get a more expensive one. I love the Micro bamboo bag but it's so small it wouldn't be practical. Im deciding between the Arlen or Kuei. There are so many colours and materials it's hard to choose!
