- In this video, I tried to show the process on how to apply for a for a pre-enrollment or student visa on UniversItaly. Once a student is accepted, whether it is normal acceptance or conditional acceptance, she/he has to apply for a student visa/pre enrolment on UniversItaly portal if she/he is a resident of Non EU country.

You don't have to send it to the embassy... When you go to the visa interview, you will take it with other documents....signed

Ohh i think i found someone who can help me with my application process in polimi I was applying masters and get admission leter in biomedical engineering though in English at Milano Leonardo but I don't know what the next step is. it could be helpful if you do more video on it and I was visiting university after watching your video and I couldn't find Biomedical engineering in the options though in English,Laurea Magistrale please dear help me what to do and thank you for this helpful video 😊
great work, please give information range of enrolment time and from your guide there is no payment form?
the enrollment time depends on the university and if there will be a payment or not... but most of the universities don't ask for payment, for further you can get the time of enrollment from deadline section of your university. But if you are asking for the pre enrollment cause they are different, most of the time it is at the end of June or beginning of July

once you apply on universitaly you cant edit it and its better for you to apply with passport

You mean for universitaly....deadline most of the time is august or September but can also be more or shorter ...it depends on the university too...but for the question about fully funded this is not scholarship it is a portal to apply for pre enrolment

I have two passports one will expire in a few months and the other one i just accepted it.
I applied to the university with the first one,which one should i use for the univeritaly application.
In my opinion it is better to use the new one and contact both your university and universItaly about the change

@@EdenDegarege When will your new passport be ready? and for which university are you applying for pre-enrollment? you can contact universitaly through customer service provided on the portal...i don know if they reply you can also send email'universitaly@cineca.it'

Is there any reason for UNIVERSITALY to reject/not give me a summary?
Althogh do I need to wait the summary to make appointment for DOV on VFS or for CIMEA?

If the university accepts you, its likely the rejection is non...if there is a problem with your application they will contact you to correct it... you only need summary for DOV not CIMEA... for CIMEA you can request even if you don't have summary...but for DOV you need summary...but you can have the appointment in advance and take your summary when you go in person

It doesn't happen most of the time maybe its a problem with your connection try it again, but if it is still the same contact the customer service of UniversItaly portal...

legalization is not mandatory for universitaly you can use the one you already have....but if you have them legalized you can use it too....sorry for late reply

Thanks for the video. But I have one question about the translation. The pre-acceptance letter was send to me via email not as a pdf . They told me you should summit your documents on universitaly portal it helps for further visa process after validation. Then they advice me to upload documents in language of English or Italy France unless it doesn't applicable. So I uploaded my documents because they were all in English they doesn't want to be translated. Can you give me your opinion about this is there any problem with my pre- enrollment application that I have summited without translating my documents because they were all in english
no there is no problem in your application, but for the translations they need Italian translation of your original documents for the enrollment.. for the acceptance letter i think you can print download the email
So my question was I was entitled for the scholarship they sent me a pre-acceptance email I changed the message to pdf on Gmail. I uploaded the pre-acceptance letter that I changed to pdf from Gmail and uploaded on the universitaly portal. I also uploaded all my documents. both merit based and regional scholarship is announced by the university and you can check it from your online service...if the call is open you can apply then

It depends on the university that you got accepted and apply for pre-enrollment, you can check on your university portal if the documents are required for UniversItaly pre enrolment after admission section

sorry for late reply...universitaly is after you got accepted so it is normal if they ask for it...i think when the university accepts you they will send you the acceptance letter or email stating that you are admitted, so you can send them that document

I don't know why but it isn't there
Check if the information you added is correct you need to register for the course....the course is there, but sometimes you might not see the curriculum

the university did not give it to you? even if it is not all in number? check on your admission letter and try to ask the university....but if they don't have it you can still pre enroll without it

It depends on your university requirements. if the university says CIMEA only, you have to use CIMEA only; if CIMEA or DOV then you can choose between them.... i will post about both documents

did you check the email you inserted...whether it is PEC or not...usually it doesn't have this kind of problem...you are using the same email you use for the preadmission application right
@@TirsitEthio-Italy Yes, i am using the same email as used in pre admission process. But still it is not sending me any email link. When i try to re register, then the system says, your information is already in the system. and denies to process further.

If you have either DOV or CIMEA...you can start preparing embassy documents and go have the interview....but if you don't have either CIMEA or DOV...you need to get them first
