I agree about Sorella Tent! I used it specifically on piranha pit, skipper, and sturgeon shipyard map and it performs super well. honestly the 170p curling rush means we can spam so many specials. wall can be used when running away or if we don't have time to prep for shield launch, making the tent very versatile. very nice overall and many pro player should try to push this weapon to the limit

This video do be spittin' the FACTS! My friend Kobayashi pretty much solo mains the Sploosh 7 & I know how much work it can put in. I used to play Mini a lot around release & even if I don't play it as much now, It's still an amazing pick. I mained Camo Tent for awhile but then realized that I genuinely hate Ultra Stamp, so I swapped to Sorella Tent instead. I LOVE Sorella Tent, and I already have Aerospray MG as one of my mains & favorites, so maining the only 2 weapons with curling rush is a lot of fun. I play both MG & Sorella Tent in Rainmaker just because Curling Rush is an outstanding special for Rainmaker pushes. Friends always told me I was good with Clash Blaster, but I never gave it a chance until recently. For the last 4 months I've been playing NOTHING BUT Clash Blaster Neo because of how fun it is. Running Ninja Squid on it and having enough Swim Speed Up to counter it makes Clash Blaster Neo a near unstoppable beast. It's now entered my top 10 most used weapons in the game from how much I've played it. Also, shoutout to Dylan for Glooga Deco & Redshell for KO-Brush. I played comp Splat2 for a year and they were both on my team. They're both absolutely incredible players that have way more dedication to the game then I could ever have. We're all good at the game, but I still consider them 5x better than anyone else I know.
I feel like the vanilla jet squelcher is also very underrated. Its sub, toxic mist, excels on something splat zones for blocking alternate routes. Its special, Tenta Missiles, is one of the best specials for rainmaker and tower control and is one of the best specials to spam.
The cool thing about Blob is that it isn't even just a midline zoner, it can be played aggressively in the same way as regular Slosher or Sloshing Machine. It is slightly weaker in ranged direct combat, but dunks on them in both close quarters with its oneshot burst and in indirect combat with its ridiculous cover abuse potential. You don't see many of them because unlike Slosher it actually requires skill, but the few aggro Blobs out there are a sight to behold. Gloogas actually paint really well with the rolled mode. They only really work for large and relatively uncontested expanses of land not in your colour, but they absolutely can ink, just like all Gals. And they are surprisingly ink efficient too.
@@Vytalics Bloblobber requires skill to do anything other than pretending to be a Touhou boss. Slosher doesn't really need mechanical skill, it's largely all about playing your cards right.
Sorela tent is truly underated, not only bc the rush is 170p, but tent uses it like no other weapon, it can be seen as a "mobity rush" which is great for the weapon to move around, engage or desingage, can contest new areas and is amazing on some maps, specially in zones and sometimes rainmaker, it quickly takes turf to shark on, take cool positions and setup another tent too specially since it refills your tank and generally keep the pressure going, and in zones it's just overwhelming to deal with

Ah yes, the Tenta sorrella brella, my favorite Tenta brella. I can vouch for it and its curling launcher, which can easily sow chaos both in zones and clam (and turf). While you do need a decent amount of ink saver (I personally use 2 mains main saver and 3 subs sub saver) and self control (not shooting to much) to use the wall,I find it can cover just about everything your brella shield can't, (Including other tent shields and phasing ballers) and make you so much more of a thorn in the opponent's side.
Bamboozler MKIII. Easy. Simple. Super underated. Fizzy combo is brilliant, bamboo paint plus fizzy bomb can hold a zone for eternity, and most importantly, FEAR MY INSTAPOP

Vanilla Sploosh is so underrated, and hated upon. It has so much hidden potential, that nobody understands. That’s why I main the weapon Can’t wait to find my switch to play the weapon again
Pretty much every weapon is underrated, it's all about personal taste tbh. For me, I really like the vanilla sploosh O matic (yes, the one with the curling bombs and splashdown, you heard me) it's just so good for inking turf, it's also has great mobility meaning you can escape situations fast, and once you've escaped the situation you can send out a curling bomb in the enemies direction. Although the splashdown gets easily cancelled, you just need to figure out how to use it at the right time. I don't think you can bring that weapon to rank X or any competitive splatoon match due to how many people have mastered splashdown cancelling. But it's a good weapon for beginners. I think every sploosh weapon is misunderstood.
I totally agree with that. Vanilla sploosh is my main and my most natural weapon. I think it was designed for movement!. Also, it can be good to use the splashdown to open fast the rainmaker in certain situations; and if you pair the sploosh with one main special saver and if you are in a situation that you will die anyway, you can do a splashdown, get canceled, get even more special save, then respawn and then with 1 shot at the ground and superjump back to a teammate for a superjump splashdown!. This weapon is not made for X rank.... but I manage to get to rank X on rainmaker; mantain it isn´t its strenght LOL XD. With anyother weapon I would have just abandoned the game. A good amount of weapons still get slept on and this vid helped prove that, but I think there are some underrated weapons like the zimi. I think if it had a better sub then people would use it more
Oh yeah! my favourite main weapon ( #splooshgang ) is on here. There was a time when sploosh used to be a joke in the community for how bad it's range was. But now it's great to see others, especially comp players taking notice of the weapon's potential (thanks to the 7's kit) A weapon that was once the laughing stock in the community next to things like aerospray and clash, has now been gaining respect. No matter what weapon you main, you can never help but feel a sense of joy and satisfaction seeing your favourite weapon gain traction and momemtum.
heck yeah mini splatling and glooga deco i wish i was good with squiffers but i think their lower shot velocity compared to splat charger/e liter makes it harder
I think the. 96 gal is underrated. I use it every time I play rainmaker and is very effective. The combination to shoot far and only takes two shots splat opponents gives it great advantage.
0:08 I think that the weapons that have no skill required are weapons like the bloblobber and clash blaster. Weapons that I’d consider as op are weapons you can pick up with little experience and get at least or around 10 splats your first time playing it in a while or never playing it at all. I feel like those kinds of weapons are ZR spammers or holders. And now, my rant about why the clash blaster and bloblobber is stupid: Let’s be real here, when have you actually seen a clash blaster use skill, it’s just holding zr and walking towards your enemy, meanwhile people like me who play range blaster have to do all this shoot, squidform, out of squidform, then shoot again in a fast motion, not to mention while you’re in squidform, you have to dodge to the side to avoid getting hit. That’s skill because it required you to do something that isn’t just holding zr. I’ve only seen a few bloblobber players that don’t spam zr and let their million blobs fly around the course. It’s frustrating when you die to an op weapon that is used by someone who gets there way holding zr/spamming zr. *rage rant over*
those weapons do indeed take skill. especially blob, like that weapon is actually insanely hard to use well. don't believe me? try playing those weapons yourself. not as easy as it seems.
If S3 is closer to S1 than S2 then you'll likely see an uptick in L3Nozzle usage. For a weapon that paints so fast and so far and doesnt trip your feet up Im suprised more people dont use it.
Aerospray PG needs to be here too. Burst Bomb is one of the best sub weapons and Booyah Bomb is the best special in the game ultimately making Aerospray PG one of if not the best weapons in the game. For that reason I shall not forget, Kensa Dynamo is also underrated. And for its Fizzy Bomb and Ink Storm don't count out Kensa Luna Blaster either.
@@ProChara If Aerospray PG could kill in four or fewer hits it would've been broken. It has superior coverage and ink efficiency. Dynamoes don't need to go fast as they are backliners and can easily 1HKO very easily, and with the Sprinkler the Kenza Dynamo can charge Booyah Bomb so fast you won't need any main ink saver.
Two weapons I didn't see in the video that are pretty underrated are: 1. Foil flingza roller/regular flingza roller 2. N zap 89 I don't have time to write info about weapons now, but I will add info later
I debated putting mk2 but outside of RM I dont know how much of a niche it has so I decided against it, mk3 ur gonna have to convince me still im waitin for that video. Honestly 96 is eh, h3d is just better, like 70 damage is cool but the shot velocity and sprinkler both are horrid, if it had a diffrent sub it coulda been something special. Vslosh I felt was more common/popular already from what ive seen.
mk2 is definitely most apparently strong in RM, but its 160p burst rush makes it kind of crazy in other modes. It's great at just continuously applying pressure and the bamboo 1v1 tournament has kind of become the mk2 1v1 tournament because of this. mk3 was my epic montage not enough :v) 96 gal I guess you have a point with h3. It still seems good, just outclassed. Vslosh is something I feel like I should be seeing around more but I never really have, it's always been soda in tournament sets I've watched.

A good amount of weapons still get slept on and this vid helped prove that, but I think there are some underrated weapons like the zimi. I think if it had a better sub then people would use it more
I never knew that people didn't think Bloblobber and Clash Blaster were good in all modes
in comp clash isnt considered good besides very few map modes
Oh yeah! my favourite main weapon ( #splooshgang ) is on here.
There was a time when sploosh used to be a joke in the community for how bad it's range was.
But now it's great to see others, especially comp players taking notice of the weapon's potential (thanks to the 7's kit)
A weapon that was once the laughing stock in the community next to things like aerospray and clash, has now been gaining respect.
No matter what weapon you main, you can never help but feel a sense of joy and satisfaction seeing your favourite weapon gain traction and momemtum.
Update: He does mention clash later on as another underrated weapo . I made this comment before watching the rest of the video, sorry.
The sorella tenta brella is my favorite of the 3 tenta brellas
Yay I love squiffer, Fresh Squiffer is my favorite charger, close second being Vliter Scope.
I love the glogga deco dulies
Not enough people use them
And the Kendall octo brush
Me after watching the video:
Ah, I see so you're a man of culture as well.
heck yeah mini splatling and glooga deco
i wish i was good with squiffers but i think their lower shot velocity compared to splat charger/e liter makes it harder
Dualies are my favorite weapon.
Ah squiffer, my bread and butter. It's got me jumping for every single charger tho lol
Thank you for talking about soloist 7 bc I main it
btw, at the sploosh gameplay (0:33) i am playing with nG Julian xD... I were bR keklix (with Stars and the r reversed) c:
🤝
Frick yeah dude, thank you shouting all the people who dies there time on Turf War. I think I play more turf war than anything else lol
that turfwar meta sounds absolutely awful
Thank for advice, I'll only use splosh 7 in rainmaker
I think the. 96 gal is underrated. I use it every time I play rainmaker and is very effective. The combination to shoot far and only takes two shots splat opponents gives it great advantage.
0:08 I think that the weapons that have no skill required are weapons like the bloblobber and clash blaster.
Weapons that I’d consider as op are weapons you can pick up with little experience and get at least or around 10 splats your first time playing it in a while or never playing it at all. I feel like those kinds of weapons are ZR spammers or holders.
And now, my rant about why the clash blaster and bloblobber is stupid:
Let’s be real here, when have you actually seen a clash blaster use skill, it’s just holding zr and walking towards your enemy, meanwhile people like me who play range blaster have to do all this shoot, squidform, out of squidform, then shoot again in a fast motion, not to mention while you’re in squidform, you have to dodge to the side to avoid getting hit. That’s skill because it required you to do something that isn’t just holding zr. I’ve only seen a few bloblobber players that don’t spam zr and let their million blobs fly around the course. It’s frustrating when you die to an op weapon that is used by someone who gets there way holding zr/spamming zr.
*rage rant over*
It might seem like they have no skill but if they end up killing you with the least brain power used it means it was the best option
those weapons do indeed take skill. especially blob, like that weapon is actually insanely hard to use well.
don't believe me? try playing those weapons yourself. not as easy as it seems.
@@ACECT I could agree with you on blob, but I disagree with clash
If S3 is closer to S1 than S2 then you'll likely see an uptick in L3Nozzle usage. For a weapon that paints so fast and so far and doesnt trip your feet up Im suprised more people dont use it.
Clash blaster. Also known as the "No Fun Blaster"
I think I may try these weapons out someday.
yasss the kensa octobrush is my main :) i rarely see them now
I can't believe people actually use the clash blaster
9:19 for a second i got confused because i thought redshell, who is an overwatch streamer, played splatoon.
Great vid Chara!
Aeros main weapon just struggles since it kills really slowly, k52 and remix are the best booyah options rn, dynamo struggles speed wise.
I got the golden flag in turf war with Glooga Deco. Fun weapon.
i deadass forgot the sorella tenta brella was in the game, thought tenta only had 2 kits for some reason
Good video bro. I appreciate your content
Maybe we can go back to the era of meta Sploosh when Neo comes back
That aged like milk
Two weapons I didn't see in the video that are pretty underrated are:
1. Foil flingza roller/regular flingza roller
2. N zap 89
I don't have time to write info about weapons now, but I will add info later
Honestly the glooga gets so underated I used this for only 3 days and drop 20 kills in almost every ranked match
The sploosh 7 got me a 10 win streak
Squiffer IS underrated.....if you dont live in asia.
THEY ARE EVERYWHERE HERE. AND THEY ARE SCARY.
If clash came to Splatoon 3 I would want to have the vanilla have a special that is more close range instead of stingray
FINALLY.. someone who actually says clash blaster is good instead of just whining about it
Glooglas and sploosh are so much fun to use
Using sploosh 7 makes other Splatoon user bully me less cause I'm a sploosh user 😅😭
No Bamboo MK II or MK III I can't believe you Chara :(
Also I'm kind of surprised 96 and vslosh weren't on here
I debated putting mk2 but outside of RM I dont know how much of a niche it has so I decided against it, mk3 ur gonna have to convince me still im waitin for that video.
It's great at just continuously applying pressure and the bamboo 1v1 tournament has kind of become the mk2 1v1 tournament because of this.
mk3 was my epic montage not enough :v)
96 gal I guess you have a point with h3. It still seems good, just outclassed.
Vslosh is something I feel like I should be seeing around more but I never really have, it's always been soda in tournament sets I've watched.
tetra dualies are so underrated we don't even make the list
im trying to use mini splat because it’s in a weapon class I don’t really know how to use, i find it really fun to play with even though i haven’t done any ranked with it .
I love my L3s! Splats good, turfs good, looks fresh, whats not to like?
