On apple deivces, Just push the capacitor with the tweezer without using heat. No you will not rip the pad. But dont do that to ic chips.

how much hot and wingspeed set for remove IC
which hot air gun best like blower coming with hand like lucky 520D or KADA Compressor coming with device hot gun is best for chip level repair mobile phones ?

Hi, for your reference, IC removal temperature setting is 420/60, reassemble temperature setting is 350~380℃/wind speed 60 with the straight wind hot air gun.
for CPU removal temperature setting is 350-360℃/wind speed 100, for CPU reassemble temperature setting is 350~360℃/wind speed 100 with the helical wind hot air gun.
