Selfless Revolutionaries

The Office of the DVC: Academic (in collaboration with the Centre for Performing Arts, the Theology Department and African SUN Media) hosted Prof Allan Boesak for the launch of his latest book, “Selfless Revolutionaries: Biko, Black Consciousness, Black Theology, and a Global Ethic of Solidarity and Resistance". “Selfless Revolutionaries” was inspired by the Black Lives Matter (BLM) and Fees Must Fall (FMF) movements. Taking BLM and FMF as a point of reference, his latest book revisits much of his earlier work, especially those inspired by Steve Biko.
