At last! Someone who correctly uses a needle threader by holding the wire loop instead of the plastic bit when pulling the thread through the needle eye! Thank you!
So simple! Ive been looking today to make my sweatshirt cuffs tighter and I also saw the boiling water method elsewhere which didnt look like it would work. I really should have known to do this though, did similar in the army threading a lace around the neck of a jumper to make it taut. Thank you!
I’m so glad this video helped! I believe the boiling water method could work with wool, but in our cases (cotton/sweatshirts) it won’t. Thanks for your feedback Dominic ☺️
Going out to get elastic thread 😄 edit1: nowhere nearby is open rn so let's try it with regular thread edit2: I did it with regular thread and... after I put it on thread broke. So i had to do 1/3 again. Maybe do it in part so if a part broke you have to do only that part. But end result of collar is nice. Still, I'd advise to do it with elastic thread, as it wouldn't broke and be easier to put on. Process gotten easier with progress.
Ciao 💛💚💙

thanks for this! I didn't have elasticized thread, but did have stretchy plastic beading/jewelry cord. It worked well too!
This how I do it, too. I have black elastic thread for darker colors, as well as white.
Your hack is really aimple and by the way, you are so very pretty. Take care and thx for sharing.

We live and we learn :) great that you gave it a try!
OMG you’re adorable
What thickness of thread are you using? .5mm or 1mm?
0.5 :)
Yo hago lo mismo. Mi marido se puso contento que le arregle los suéteres. Solo que yo me tomo el trabajo de lavarlos a mano.
¡excelente! lavar la ropa delicada a mano siempre es lo mejor, bien hecho ☺️
You're telling me you can do this in 60 seconds?
Yes 🙂
Woman,you look awesome,hi from Serbia,best wishes.
