As the place is in blaenavon it's probably a listed building so the owner is limited to what they can do. If they did turn the place in to flats not many people would want to live in blaenavon as it's a dying town and if you don't have transport it's miles from anywhere.
My mum went to this school during WW2 when she was evacuated to Blaenavon to live with her grandparents in Morgan Street and then Hill Street from Portsmouth.
Thats my Primary school. I lived in the houses to the right of the School, so sad to see

Well not much left too demolish, and they ran out of baked stone a few times by the looks of it.

This is definitely Forgeside primary school ,I've just googled the images of it, st Peters it isn't ,because I went there,
It was used for making puzzles after the school the somone smashed it up it has been knocked down now tho
