If you still having the same problem:
1. Close CMD
2. Look for the CMD in your Start menu
3. Right clickon it and Run as administrator
4. Try again, making sure your code starts as the video shows C:\Windows\system32...

Guys make sure ur files is in the local disk and name it Office 2024.I was confused why it wasnt workinh on me and it was because i had place the file in the desktop instead of creating it in the local disk and it worked now 🎉
