He sounds better at 70 than he did in his 20’s! Simply fucking amazing that he can still crush my favorite Aerosmith tune! The whole bands still got it.

If the word "Rockstar" ever finds its way into the dictionary, it best have a picture of Steven Tyler to complete the definition. This man typifies the heart and soul of what we all call a "Rockstar"!

A real rock star with heart soul feeling he is the epitome of a rock star then maybe Mick Jagger but you are absolutely right Steven Tyler was a big influence on me I can only pull off a couple he's amazing when he goes up on the g-note I won't even attempt it and he still sings the songs in the same key that they were written in 50 years later everything that man has done he's still walking he don't do them flips anymore but that's okay pure badass
@josephgaulin112, I started to post something similar but figured I’d scroll the comments first, and here you are. 🤣 yeah, if you had to pick one, others could be argued….Jagger, Plant, and so many more, but Tyler is the total rockstar package.

WOW ...I thought Hangman Jury had been erased from Aerosmith history ever since Pump came out. It's great to hear it again ... and Seasons of Wither is always awesome too!
Hangman’s Jury had copywriting issues that were just recently settled in court. There were 2 old blues musicians that claimed partial rights to the song. Great song no matter how you see it…but I think Aerosmith did it best.
@@guitarcomet5 They use to play Hangman Jury on my rock radio station all the time, until Pump came out. I wonder if the settlement allows them to play it on the radio again. SirusXM Ozzy's Boneyard plays a ton of classic Aerosmith, from the first album through Get A Grip. Maybe they can add it to their Aerosmith song rotation!
@@markwiygul6356 I had been waiting for 25 years to get a CD of Mtv’s “Unplugged” with Aerosmith. It came out about a year ago. The lawsuit had been stopping it’s release. I had recorded it on VHS in 1990 (my only copy).

In addition to seeing Aerosmith 8x in the 70's & 80's, plus two tribute bands, I have also seen the episode that shows the Aerosmith van from the early days getting put back on the road. I must a hyuge fan
Saw them first time when I was age 16 and 6x by the time Draw the Line was released. Didn't see them again until Vegas residency. Have never seen a tribute band but did see Joe Perry Project twice. Also saw two different episodes about their first tour van. Discovery and raising from the earth it had begun to sink into. Then mechanical repair and getting it on the road. We are sympatico in our fandom brother. 🙂
Last time I saw them was at the old roundhouse in Memphis and they were great live. Probably around ‘92 or so? I can’t recall. Sat up behind the stage looking down on the boys from behind. We were kind of bummed before the show, but the seats turned out great because we were so close to the band. Tom even turned around with a big grin and played the handful of us up there a private little concert when he started the classic Sweet Emotion bass line.
I’m pretty sure I saw them in the ‘70’s, but my memory is clouded. I saw so many shows in the ‘70’s and I’m pretty sure there’s a ticket stub in the old keepsake box with many more. At my age, my brain is going into a season of wither, and I don’t recall anything about the ‘70’s show. I was a little adventurous with certain shall we say supplements back then, so that doesn’t help I’m sure, but damn they were great at that ‘90’s show.

@@intercommerce it's a resonator. Similar to a Dobro but with a rounded neck like a standard guitar. Dobro has a thicker square like neck meant to only be played with a bar like a pedal steel.

I think he is just tensing up trying to keep his guitar in position. He isn't using a strap and guitars will try and scoot out so you pull up your knee and use your elbows to hold it. Not telling Joe fucking Perry shit but I noticed it as soon as he started playing.
