I can't tell if you're being serious!! The majority of launches are just training exercises, so that the crew are extremely well practiced for any eventuality. The Shannon class lifeboat is designed to be beached, so that it can be recovered without a slipway in any sea condition. The station is up the beach.
That is also the launch vehicle, Can you not see that the tide is out as that is the outer wall of the Harbour. This Station has the type of launch system due to the large tidal range, they may have to travel up to 1/2 mile to get the boat to/from the sea
