One of the main reasons why accounts get banned are Talent Trees, sometimes due to a glitch talent points mess up and add up more than 102. If someone unknowingly plays with that set-up in FW they are doomed. It's always safe to use 99 points in talent tree, as I do. And always check it after loading presets and before FW even 1 extra point can auto ban the account. Stay safe and play healthy.

@@StarInSkyGamer it's NRS they would consider this as an exploit, even if it's a glitch form their side. Only way to fix this is to delete all presets and resetting the Talent Tree. I posted about this on Reddit, hope more people can be aware of this and save themselves.

The game is the most free to play friendly its ever been. Plus with the addition of the krypt and dragon krystals veterans don't have to worry about resells so much. The game is in a pretty good state

Why I still play MK Mobile: I love the Mortal Kombat franchise as a whole… been playing MK on console since I was a little kid. I absolutely love these characters and their amazing lore. MK Mobile lets me dive into the world of MK on my phone and I love the collection aspect of it. Character and equipment card designs are amazing just to look at and the Kombat system can be pretty fun too. It’s has many many flaws but as a MK fan, I appreciate it.
Man I want to purchase the kombat pass and I get the error that I already own the itme. Thing is this has been happening since last 2 season with no fix. I've adressed this to support and all I have gotten as a response is "We have passed the issue to the developers" or "Thanks for your feedback, we will use it to improve the game in future updates" NO FIXES. i really liked playing mk mobile when it first came out and i loved watching your videos over the years, recently i have been less into the game because the chances to get diamonds are so much lower, its still hard for me to beat towers, and all the glitches that make me have to restart when im playing survivor or faction wars. im going to keep playing tho because i spent money😂 its still fun to save souls and spend them on packs, if only they raised the chances, or my luck is really bad lol

The first was when I had full kold war team when they were gold, the second time being assassins jade and slasher Jason, gold ronin kenshi and when subzero triborg first came out for challenges
I've been playing mkm for 9 months now, I still have some characters which I would like to get some fusions (mk11 scorpion, mk11 lk and klassic liu kang) and I didn't beat a single fatal tower yet. I don't think it's the MOST boring game ever (aside from krypt maybe lol), but some new modes would be nice

Accounts also get banned when there is a glitch or bug that the user doesn't voluntarily use. NRS algorithm picks it up as an exploit and bans the account. There were instances where these glitches caused mass bannings and NRS were forced to investigate and reinstate those accounts affected. Unfortunately when these Random glitches affects a minority you have no hope.
