sir 2023 mein uptac both last mein hua tha,aur 2022, mein corona ki vajah se zyada bachoo ne apply ni kiya,that is the reason cutoff itna low tha,but iss saal aaisa kuch ni h,aur no of students bhi phle ke compare increase hue,thats the reason ki cutoff iss baar limit paar high jayegi.

I noticed in cse branch in each govt. College that there is a constant gap of 8k to 9k rank between successive year may be for this year min. 8 or 7k ka gap is saal bhi ban skta hai... ex biet cse 75000 May be 2024 cut off can be 79000 or 79500...
