It looks absolutely beautiful! It is truly amazing all the different power system if you tried with it! I'm still waiting for the video of you fitting it in a Prius or Mini Cooper!♡♡♡
Is it better to go electric with this as I have noticed the lipo’s are in the main fuselage section as this is moving the weight to the middle for lighter wing loading. You referred to the space under the canopy as having loads of room for gas or electric, does that mean you would fit the gas tanks in there too and route the fuel all the way to the tail booms? Or would the gas tanks fit behind the petrol engines themselves? Also did you try opposing the rotation on the props with the electric set up? Did that make a difference? Thank you
The choice is yours. I personally like the electric set up more. Cleaner, smoother, more scale like sound, and so much easier to operate ( For many reasons ) The fuel tanks live directly behind the engine. I wouldn't be wanting to pump fuel from centre of the fuselage out to the gas engines. Way too much to go wrong in my opinion. I never found the need for contra rotating props. It flies straight and true as it is.
This is absolutely awesome! I had so many H9 models in the past that I‘am convinced that the bronco will be very cool. Ali can you measure the width of the bronco without the outer wings please? I want to figure out if it fits into my trailer. I need a bronco.
Is there anyway to correct technical design issues before going into production. The model is super cool but has some inaccuracies. Antenna designs, nose shape, chaff/flare pods, fuselage rear radome/ALQ-144 and paint scheme.
@@alimachinchy7673 now your asking I have so many in mind. Bearcat, AT6, or even everybody’s favourite a spitfire. I do love the large scale stuff but in the uk so many clubs are restricted to size of model I’ve found the 20 cc is a nice size.
@@bobsmith2177 I totally understand that, and sales reflect that. My goal is to try and hit as many segments of the market as possible/ logical. Thanks for the ideas. All noted. T-6 is cool but always a bit of a handful.
Ali, sorry I haven't read through the comments, so I don't know if this has already been asked. But what scale pilot would you say would fit inside this cockpit? BTW, thanks for all your time talking to me in Indiana!
Looks like the retracts don't have brakes, is that right? I'm not sure my field (combined with my skill level) can accommodate a 20 kg plane without brakes. I wonder if there are retracts with brakes that would also fit...still looking.
I doubt ever. The sales volume in products such as that are just not high enough to justify the effort in carrying them I am afraid. There are many other companies, smaller companies that do a great job of carrying and supplying the more specialist products. We would love to see them flourish and grow, so we step back on many more specialist items.
Nice but not my thing. I am in the market for warbird. What else is coming? The 30 60cc planes are out of production. The 20cc planes are backordered. What is your plan??
Stars and bars, Ali? I hope not to see that flag flying over my field, on a plane or otherwise. Fantastic looking plane though. Really impressed by the coverings, at first I was thinking I didn't know you could do that with monocoats. Vinyl makes more sense. In love with that cockpot. This thing makes the Freewing bronco look like it was made by Galoob.
To transport this thing, you’re gonna need to fly it over your car😂😂. It’s so massive. Like if you agree! Do you have any other ideas for transporting this beast?
Same amount of hassle to get airborne as many other giant scale warbirds. less with the electric set ups. We also sell much more simple and basic aircraft for those who want smaller, easier and cheaper to get in the air. We try and cater to as many different segments of the market as possible.
The pilot is not glued in. So the choice is up to the owner. BTW. I have seen models of this size sell for 4 times + what this OV-10 sells for and they come with no pilot...

Prius...embarrassing (soy boy car)...
Wow what a cool plane. Really enjoy all your various videos Ali . Thanks
Thank you Paul. I enjoy making all of them.
Man that’s big!!
OMG.... That thing is AWESOME!
It would be so amazing to see one of these with all of the pods/pod mounts removed and done up with a Cal Fire livery!
That’s it.... remortgaging the house....😳
😂
So true, wish I had the $
Nice, well thought out, great job guys.
Hello guys spectacular very cute the Bronco. A great greeting for everyone from Buenos Aires.
👍😎👍
You guys should make a p38 eather 1.2m or 1.5m or 2.1m
Thanks Ali
Man I must have left top gun before you showed it off. I saw you doing the live stream and over heard you talking about a demo.
Now this is good to see coming from Horizon...
a 100cc version of the original TOC ultimate would be a first minute purchase for me, please bring 3D airplanes back H9!!
Looks awesome! What props are you running on this setup (E-Flight 180)?
Imagine the sound with real turboprops
Its coming. I know of two people fitting small Turbo props
Great video, and great model, very informative, I love it !

Hi Ali, any plans for another 20cc warbird?
Always plans.. just fitting them in is the trouble. Also the two 20cc WB's we have ( P51 and 47 ) are doing pretty well for now.
@@alimachinchy7673 I know I’ve got both.
Love them😀

Hi, have turboprops been installed in this plane? What size TPs are suitable? K45TP or K30TP? Can the airframe take the stress?

I would say ( at a guess ) 1/5th
Does the front pod come with the kit?

When is Horizon going to carry some quality wood props like they had before the Tower purchase?

How about a twin otter that size!

please a gray military option!
I would repaint it in Cal Fire paint scheme
I look forward to seeing this.. The covering takes paint well :)

How do you not need a aircraft license to pilot this thing 😱

It disassembles into 7 pieces. I will try to do a video of it fitting in the smallest car I can. I am betting a Mini with the rear seats down.
