Fan theories can be a lot of fun. So I'm kind of sad to break it to you. The writers of the movie haven't placed any such easter egg in this case. You can go watch their interview where they take a light hearted dig at this theory of there being a third guy who has been hit with lightening.Clearly, they didn't have anything of that sort in their mind while writing that scene.
That's just people's guess.... It's writers said that they hear those things only when the people find out those....
