      The price range and sf for the 4 neighborhoods from January 1st until now are:
      1. Chestnut Hill Plantation:
      $199,000 to $375,000
      1,500 sf to 2,239 sf.
      2. Cobblestone
      $300,000 to $740,000
      1,900 sf to 4,605 sf
      3. Eagle's Rest
      $330,000 to $590,000
      2,142 sf to 4,818 sf.
      4. Tacht Cove:
      $190,000 to $280,000
      1,200 sf to 2,450 sf

These areas often feature a more relaxed pace of life, with a focus on nature and open spaces. Newberry County also offer some beautiful rural areas. There is a lot to see in SC.
