For anyone that doesn’t know this is from a Chinese drama called the untamed. The picture itself is from the donghua(anime) called mo dao zu shi. They’re both based on a novel of the same name. It’s actually labeled as a BL and it’s one of the most epic /beautiful tales I’ve ever read/seen. So if you’re interested in either the live action and/or animation they’re both free on TH-cam :)
Edit: the live action drama’s opening is also sung by the two main actors :) there are also separate voice actors who dub over the actors. They still speak in Chinese, but I believe this is common due to the actors having different dialects than what was needed, so other voice actors dub over them. The one who dubs for the actor in white still voices the same character in the animation as well :) just a fun fact :D
Second edit: there are audio dramas in Chinese and Japanese as well if I’m not mistaken :) these aren’t as explicit as the novel… but they do get pretty spicy 👀 several manhua(manga) exist as well

@@magicworld2625 its the best drama ive ever watched. some of the props look cheap bc this had a small production value but dont let that throw you off, there's a reason why the Untamed is incredibly popular despite having a relatively small budget. the music, the story, the relationships and characters touched me in a way nothing else matched. Story is a lil confusing at first but stay with it. I suggest you watch this yourself, don't look for spoilers!

I used to listen to this song in my old house in the guest room sitting in my dad's table while studying where I lived for 16 years since birth. Now whenever I of my eyes while studying I immediately recall that moment when I used to study in that at night 2 am. Like even after two years the memory is still totally fresh .
