It took me much longer to come to know Jesus as you know him at your younger age. That being said, the stuff of scripture requires much studying. The bible is a long hard book to genuinely understand, especially in this short age of deception. Most of my first scriptural interpretations had good intentions but ended up being just plain wrong... to put it bluntly. But hey, that's the way we study and learn because as the saying goes, "iron sharpens iron." I still have much to learn myself but here are a few things I do know for certain now; as far as Jacob goes, God preordained him. He was the last twin born: Esau was the first twin born. "The first will be last and the last will be the first." Rebecca did what was right in God's eyes. Esau was the one acting wickedly... and willfully so. It was not Jacob who had to go away and decide not to be a deceiver. You may have this one a little upside down, Thaddeus. That's okay of course because as we learn a deeper understanding towards the true meaning of scripture... it absolutely melts our hearts the love story that our God has written out of his love for man and for creation itself. By the way, there are many ages in the bible that come to an end. This is why Jesus referred to it as the end of that age. At the end of that age, Jesus returns and the judgment seat of Christ happens. The age after that to come was to be a new age, the Day of the Lord; the 1000 year Millennial reign of Lord Jesus with his saints of the first resurrection. The bible also describes a short age that occurs after the Millennial kingdom of Christ; the last age before the white throne of judgement happens. Then we get a completely new eternal heaven and earth to live and love forever with our God the Father our Creator. Oh yeah, and the end of the first age after the 6 days of creation was when God flooded the world and Noah and his sons entered into the next age on the ark. Crap! Okay this is getting to be one of those waaayyyyy too long comments and i only watched a few minutes of the video so time to finish the last 55 minutes. Yeah man! Yeah!!!
