Welcome to the Grace in Focus podcast. Today, Bob Wilkin and Mike Lii are answering a question about how and how much we are led by God. We will look at Romans 8:14 and then - What is the Holy Spirit’s role, if any, in the daily guidance of a believer’s life? What does it mean to be led by the Spirit? Does He use our feelings at all? Thank you dear Brothers! Eyes up! Ephesians 2:8-9 "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the GIFT of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." Acts 16:31 "And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house." Colossians 1:14 "In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:" Salvation is obtained by simply believing in Jesus' death (Blood sacrifice), burial and resurrection with all your heart for payment of all your sins, past, present and future.
Amen + we have the SEAL , ephesians 1 13-14 and ephesians 4:30
In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,
14 Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.
and repeats itself
And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption. (see you are sealed , when? in the moment when you believe you put full trust in the finished work ,not Oo i must quit this sin ooo i must do this no , you can do after you get saved ) and why he seals us away? because doesnt ask us to quit sin FOR SALVATION!!!!! you cannot sin you are born of God , do works are required to maintain earn salvation romans 4:5 says NO But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.
and definition of GRACE!! what DOES GRACE MEAN BIBLICALLY
And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then it is no more grace: otherwise work is no more work. (romans 11:6)
Eternal life is by Grace through faith.
Salvation isn't always talking about eternal life .
Being led by the Spirit is abiding in the Word of God as Christ lives through us.
When believers do what they know is wrong they quench the Spirit and they "hide" from the Light of the Word
@ And they are lovingly disciplined. Hebrews 12:6 - “For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth. If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not? But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons. Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live?” If they don’t endure the chastening they are taken home. 1 Corinthians 5:5 “To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.”

The title should be are all people who claim to be Christians saved?
So those who are sons of God are those who are led by the Spirit. Being led by the Spirit is obeying God’s word. But you don’t believe that this obedience is inevitable. Can you elaborate more?
