Bavaria 34 Cruiser Sailing

- This summer vacation we sailed on the Bavaria 34 Cruiser.
It was a very nice week with good sailing weather. 6 days long with 15 till 20 knots of wind! The cities we visit are : Hoorn, Volendam, Enkhuizen, Lemmer, Stavoren.
We had Sun,Rain,Wind, everything what nature can create.
This bavaria is from 2008, the second generation 34 Cruiser.

Prachtig gedaan Jim! Goede muziek en prima beelden. Wat een geweldige serie van Bavaria. Wij hebben de 38-3. Nagenoeg een copy van de 34. Erg fijne sportieve boot. Met ongelooflijk veel ruimte en bedieningsgemak.
Dank voor het bericht! Hele mooie en goed varende serie van de Bavaria lijn absoluut, daarna is het vooral op comfort gericht. Blijven mooie schepen.

Thanks for your comment. It is a nice boat, its very easy to sail etc. But before you do so and buy one, get some lessons in with a sailing charter or school who can teach you the basics and ropes on a 34ft like this or similar! All the best

It's a great boat! Very comfi, and great sailing specs. Unfortunately if you have a main sail without lazyjack system you don't have a sporty looking main on your boat. Thats the only - .
I think, the Nm should be Km?
Noo these were the Nm I copied of what we have sailed on the Log at that particular day. :)
Nautical Miles
Everyone uses nautical miles at sea because 1 minute (1/60th of 1 degree) of latitude = 1 NM ... more or less given that the earth is not a perfect sphere.
The music is absolute terrible vreeselijk .bavaria..? Why not?
