in indonesia my country there's only a few muslims that forbid a women to sing, majority muslims is allow women to sing, but all the people want to see is woman to play pop music or sweet and nice kind of music. beside of that majority people have stigma that metal or rock music is satanic music. and vob is three young hijabi women who play metal music, and also they lived in small village that women in their age has to married and just live to take care they kids and home, and muslim women playing metal music is very tabboo in they society, so people around them citisize them. but for me they're great band, b'coz i'm muslim and i love my religion but also metal is music that i love, b'coz metal always talks about heaven and hell, talks about death, it's reminds me to do good things before my death. so this three young indonesian divas is one of revolutionary and inspiring band for me, for many people here in indonesia and to many people around the world...
The song is about the trouble they got from more conservative members of their community who did actually tell them that they shouldn't be singing. But they consulted with their own religious leaders and they were given the OK.
I suggest that before you continue reacting to other music videos, try reacting to videos made by a combination of Indonesian TH-camrs first. The video is very memorable "REWIND INDONESIA 2021".
