It's not plugged into anything. He just stuffed it down there to get it out of the way. Could have just removed it since it's not serving any purpose for this application.

Yeah the transformer is to reduce the current from the wall socket so the motor won't spin to fast and over heat cleaver.
.i have already do this ..the pulse of electricity you can see in the output of the bulb unles you used a capacitor and a diode or inverter power supply..but a nice video..you can get an idea to build an impossible to a real one...

yep it could be a working model but definitely not 7000w. That transformer is waaaaaay to small for 7000w and there is no core to that wound "spring" of copper wire. Maybe there could be some inductive emp from the transformer to the copper wire coil but i doubt this could actually be working as the video description says

This is fake. You cannot get net power out of nothing. But in order to make this work you should power the fan motor using a wind turbine. The amount of power extracted then would be proportional to the wind turbine strength and coil size.

This looks ridiculous, but have seen some other liberty generators, that looked possible, except most school of thought around generators have an even number of stronger nedenium magnets, and odd number of coils, with a lot more turns as well as a iron core. You expect the load to slow the motor and it to stop pretty quick.

en esa configuración, alimentado por una bobina de muy pocas vueltas y sin núcleo te daría entre 0 amperios y 0 amperios (aparte de que quien hizo el video ni siquiera se fijo que el imán no esta induciendo nada en la bobina) porque la dirección del campo generado tiene que cruzar las bobinas, no como en este caso.

The copper wire and transformer are not connected to the multi-socket and do nothing, just a trick. If that was connected to power that would be a short-circuit.
There must be a cable through the base supplying power to the multi-socket, turned on externally when he 'starts' the motor. Note how he rotates the base without lifting!
A bulb is not 7KW! So try two 3KW radient bar fires or two 3KW kettles!
