I stream Pomodoro working sessions, 50 minutes of work, 10 minutes of break, repeat.
During the breaks I lead group activities. These activities are designed to be fun, whilst also building positive habits.
This channel is about balance and happiness, as well as productivity. To achieve maximum productivity, you need balance.

3. What is your stream schedule?
I stream everyday, for 8+ hours. I start at 10am and finish at 6:00pm (UK Time). This changes depending on how I feel.
4. Who are you?
My name is Alexander. I am from the UK.
5. What do you study?
I am training to be a Helicopter Pilot. When I’m live, I am studying for the theory parts of that. My goal is to become an Air Ambulance Pilot, and help save lives.
