buds in DFW have been on the spawning crappie for a couple weeks in the lakes, wondered why you havn't been fishing there. BTW I hit the rocks like you are but you should be tossing ahead of you with a fixed bobber and few inches of line and you wouldn't be spooking those fish off the bank. Those are crappie swirling off when you walk by them
