Being back on schtserver last week after 16 years off the official Sega server and let me tell you guys… this is still as amazing as it used to be. This game has an atmosphere that no other game can match, as well as being the pioneer that started the game era as we know it today. For me, it is without a single doubt the most impactful game that has never been released, and I include Mario 64, Virtua fighter and any other game in that range. Because it not only brought so many innovation to the industry in one single game (online, translated chat, gameplay, Graphic), it also brought a true human, feeling and social dimension to the player that was never experiment before on the console market. For this very reason, this game is a true Masterpiece and deserve to be acknowledged to what it truly is: a pioneer.
It appears in Episode 2. Ignore the fact that the picture doesn't say "Episodes 1 & 2" I just chose that picture because I also extended Episode 4's songs so I needed to find a picture that just said Phantasy Star Online instead of Episodes 1 & 2 to prevent people wondering why the Ep 4 songs weren't in either of the episodes.
Forget about Ob and Mil Lilies. We've got shit like Gibbles, Sinow Zoa/Zele, and Delbiters to contend with. Yeah, even when not on Ultimate, Episode 2 on CCC and Seabed was a *huge pain in the ass* , but so satisfying to play for how different they felt to Episode 1 and its enemies.
To tell you the truth I have no clue how to get the thing to work anymore because I haven't played it in years. You might have to mess with a few things and look around for answers on the site. :P
my biggest sadness about this game is how i never got lv200 once x.x back when grinding was real hardcore, now everything is so casual its kinda sad :(
I feel you, but honestly it's just cause the world around us changed so drastically from early 2000s up to now. It's actually legit crazy to think we can really watch 4k movies and play 4k games on our damn PHONES now.. everything is so technical and faster paced that everyone's so busy with so many different things, doing different things to where old school grinding like PSO or old Maple Story would just collapse almost instantly in the world and community we have now. I do, however, feel you 100%, but things have changed way too much for us to ever go back..
@@Gillian_FFXIV Not true at all mate. Phantasy Star Online 2 has been thriving as one of the best RPGs in Japan and now that its released in US its been overloaded. It's still as popular today and the game has adapted well and it so much fun and still keeps the essense of the original phantasy star online but it has twice as much content. JP. is on Episode 6. and NA is on Episode 4. A little behind but that's okay. The game is 100% free to play and if you guys enjoyed pso you'd love pso2.
@@VectorSan Yeah I am aware of how popular & booming it is, but I was more so referring to the "old-school" grind back in the day, but that doesn't make PSO2 any less fun, because I've played the JPN version & it is REALLY fun. I think there was a bit of misunderstanding here lol
I wish they would just replace the OST in PSO2 with the ost of PSO1 also please make more closed in missions like the mothership because I miss the ruins in PSO1 too much.
Oh, THIS is where it originally came from. This one has so much atmospheeee recompared to the PSP2 one omg

Free to play on ephineas servers, great community :)
My fucking childhood right here....RIP ;----;
Play on the Ephinea server.
It's back in PSO2 NGS in the limited time quest "The Twin-Horned Raven From Beyond" and it is tremendous.
This makes a cameo in PSO2's latest urgent quest "Gone with the wind and rain". I KNEW it sounded familiar
Back in a time where music was king in video games. Fuck, I miss cool shit like this!
right?
This song has a sense of urgency, mystique, and dread, with a hint of futurism.
The Twin-Horned Raven from Beyond
This is an amazing version! Thanks for uploading, SugarMilk!
I can listen to this for hours while I workout
Same bro
Great inclusion for the Limited Quest. Made it enjoyable.

Bees that are actually called "Gees" lol

The first time I heard this was when I played Chapter 2 in Phantasy Star Portable 2 where you meet Tonnio and Liina and get ambushed by Yut😔
And some of the music in this game was based off of the music of the original Phantasy Star series.
This track makes an appearance in the PSP game Phantasy Star Portable 2 in the first chapter.

I'm pretty sure this is 'A Forest Cage'.
All you really need is a PC. Look up SCHTACK, after that :3
