As a kid who grew up in rural SE Texas in the late 60-70s, it wasn't unusual or scary or upsetting that boys in our high school had rifles in the back window of their pickup trucks. They were rancher kids, and they worked hard. No one batted an eye. No one shot up anything or threatened anyone. Everyone was easygoing, and school was a place to learn school subjects. (Reading, writing, math, history, and science). Kids were too busy working on their family ranch, farm, or dairy to get in trouble. I miss that time.
I think it would be wonderful if you get to know one of your viewers that lives fairly close to where you're moving and they'd invite you to join them for Thanksgiving next year, so you'd get to experience your first Thanksgiving at it's best!

Our colleges are destroying generations. What turns them around? Jobs and taxes😂😢
I discovered your channel because I was looking up Buddy Brown reaction videos
