Great lesson! I think one mistake people make for sure trying to learn to play lead and rythm at the same time is they try and play too fast and get frustrated and say they cant do it. Slow it all the way down to a speed where its comfortable even if its really slow, then with practice you wll get faster and faster and it gets easier!
Cheers for this, been searching for "tips for lead guitar" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Ronthan Janvelyn Genie - (should be on google have a look ) ? It is a good one off guide for discovering how to play Guitar Solos minus the normal expense. Ive heard some great things about it and my neighbour got cool results with it.
Absolutely awesome!! What a great groove you guys are laying down! Is there tab for this lesson? I submitted my name and email but nothing has showed up thanks a lot!
Great playing! Brett... if you didn’t have the OX’s there; How difficult would life be trying to play the Two Rock and the Friedman in that room with those tones? How good is the OX in practical terms. Is it appropriate for a bedroom player who’s got a 5 watt champ like me? Thanks for the cool videos 😊👍
Impossible mine is on 10 lol! The OX is hands down my favorite piece of gear in the last 20 years. You could use it if you wanted silent recording in the middle of the night. It comes with world class effects and tone shaping tools as well. Everyone that can afford one I would highly recommend one!
Big time sub here pappa, off topic, although vid was awesome. Can you tell me eq settings and effects for coming back to life signs of life, any certain peds needed
Awesome! Thanks! Man I don't. That was a long time ago. I would say light gain on the amp, compressor for sustain, and a good amount of delay should get you there!
A DGT and it looks like a new one. I have a ‘08 Gold Top with decent wear and tear that is a wonderful guitar. Check out the model, it’s a real working player’s guitar. www.prsguitars.com/index.php/electrics/model/dgt_2020
