I have researched on the MS website and it seems that there is no restriction as such. But there is no clarity about copy writes. Do you have any idea / guidance ?
It is safe to go by whatever Microsoft says on the matter. Since the image doesn't belong to anyone (because it is generated by AI), there may not be any copyright concerns. That is my personal view.
