Building Deeper Connections: A Mindset Shift I am Making In My 40's

In this video I briefly describe the mindset shift I am making in my 40's to improve the connections in my life, whether with people I know or when I am trying to get to know someone. I am trying to make the shift from thinking about things as a dual concept, this OR that, and changing my mindset to a non-dual type of thinking, this AND that. Two or more opposing view points can coexist at the same time. Too often I over simplify concepts, ideas, my thoughts and opinions and try to put things in little boxes but in reality life is more complex and dynamic and we often dwell in the gray areas. Things aren't so black and white. Tune in to hear what I'm learning about myself and maybe you can find some commonalities.
