In this video, is wife of my friend.
It did not cook well. Best to bake it in the oven. In India you do not have oven. in USA oven is the way to cook Handvo with even temperature distributed. This was a disaster. Otherwise in order to flip it is best to put a plate on top and then flip. The way she did it was not right and was wrong with a lid of a pot.
You are right but she is not used to with oven. Now She will learn as we are for 4 month here in Chicago
