New update, local town blind-draw had 19 teams and got an incredible partner we finished 4th and got our money back. I had never even won a game at this place in my first 3 tournaments. Worked up the courage to play the next night in a town over where they split into competitive and intermediate. Much smaller turn out, but finished 1st with my partner in intermediate. Keep the advice coming my guys!!!

We use scoreholio magic score so that we can deep dive our stats for each game/round etc. Using a short "that's 2 for you" is quick but doesnt let me geek out on numbers. I am a "good bag" "nice start" "nice answer" guy.

We love to geek out too! I NEED to know my PPR!! 😂😂
I love the vocal support! Keep it up, your partner appreciates it!!

I have a video idea for you guys: Unwritten rules of Cornhole. For example, list things that you just shouldn't do to be a respectful opponent.
-Don't cast a shadow on the board when they are throwing towards you. Step back.
-Don't talk/yell while your opponent is throwing
-Don't throw a tantrum at a tournament that is on the local "For Fun" level
-Blind draws, talk with your partner about bags, don't just say "We are throwing these".
-The team that loses throws the first bag of the next game
-The winning team reports the game to the bracket keeper
-Don't let your young kids play with other people's ACL stamped bags.
    - As you become a more advanced player, help new people learn the game. Grow the game.

That’s a great idea! Those are all really good! We will add it to the list! Thanks Brandon!

I was waiting for bar of soap

Bar of soap and Penguin are super niche shots so we wanted to stick to terms that people hear all the time. Not a ton of bar of soaps happening at the beginner level! 😂

Jamie Graham follows through the foul line

Sometimes he does and sometimes he doesn't. Jamie changes his throw a lot. Also just to clarify, we don't have strong feelings against it, it's just a super easy fix to stop the argument, just stay behind the line! lol If you need to step then start further back and step away! 😂

      @theflopcornhole  2 ปีที่แล้ว

Now Eddie, you know better! LOL We would never attack you or anyone! Just opinion and an easy fix to the debate is just stay behind. In all seriousness, is there a difference to you in standing at the line and stepping over, vs starting a little further back and then stepping to the line?

Eddie is definitely good! He's a micro stepper! lol

@@theflopcornhole Well I dont step until after I release the bag. So If I stood back and released then stepped to the line I would be intentionally giving myself a disadvantage bc Id be releasing the bag a foot behind the line. I think there is a correct and incorrect way to follow through over the line. And most players do it perfectly fine, just some exaggerate it.
