I don't get the part where the Opus attack at all, isn't Justice still deactivated anyways? And wouldn't Paradigm also be under her control? Sol, SIn and Dizzy should be the only exceptions afaik
Chronus is controlling them through Justice's curcuits. Paradigm at this point has achieved complete sentience, which most gears don't have, so he's safe. His friends in Ganymede Archipelago would probably still be affected though.

I thought that was the plan since the beginning, did everyone just think they were just going to strip humanity of free will with justice's sheer power alone? Immediately once I heard "they're planning to strip humanity of free will" my first thought was, "oh they're going to control humans like Justice did gears"
