I stole some gum when I was 10😂 My mom marched me right back into the store, made me apologize, pay for it, and grounded me for a week. I NEVER STOLE AGAIN! It's weird how that works!
@@user1apob I did the same thing when i was 11 my dad marched me to the store payed for it and say i was sorry then my dad told the store owner that his son would be working for free for the next 2 weeks. And yes i did work for them stocking shelfs, mopping . Oh i forgot to say this was after my dad whip my ass good never did that shit again
When I was a Kid my best friend egged me on to pick on a poor kid, then afterwards he made me follow the kid home & apologize to him and his parents for what I had done. Afterwards my friend asked me why I thought he manipulated me into doing that? I was confused and couldn't answer, he then said its because I was too weak minded to stand up for what was right & cared too much about what he/ my friend thought of me, that it made me easy to manipulate. That was the 1st and last time I ever bullied anybody. It was a bit messed up on his part to, but it was one of the most memorable lessons that will never be forgotten. Interestingly enough, he's still my best friend after 25 years. He is like a brother to me and his family an extension of my own.
If I recall before Biden was in office stealing was a crime I cannot comprehend a law stating you can steal up to a $1,000 and not go to jail. New York is under lock and key just to get a candy bar. Unbelievable
Part of why prices rise is theft like this. Amazing that one girl admits she has already served time "last year'. Where are the parents?? These girls all look well fed and well dressed don't they?
I do remember that. Shoplifting skyrocketed in North Texas. While we were all emptying our bank accounts buying sleeping bags and heaters and bringing food and water and toys to them in the churches that put them up the local stores were being absolutely decimated
Not for long. Now Houston is the first nyc styled city in texas. And the other cities are trying to follow suit. Louisiana dumped it's evil on are shores and then dipped out like a bad father dumping an unwanted child.
Harris county, where Houston sits, is famously easy on crime. The surrounding counties, not so much. The county judge of Montgomery county put a billboard up at the county line that basically said Montgomery county don't play with criminals. A couple of future doctors and engineers came into MoCo and were in a large parking lot, checking door handles- you know, to make sure they were engineered correctly and that there wasn't anybody in the cars that needed medical attention- and got pinched by the sheriff's office's finest. They ask the arresting officers "what time we get released, we got a game tomorrow". Not making your game, junior, not getting that scholarship you were offered, either.
They will. Cali is like nyc. DA and jugdes will let them walk. Who cares if they got arrested, thieves get arrested all the time. The issue isnt arresting thieves, it's charging them for the crime.
Amen to that! I hate thieves, they are some of the worst. I got around 4500 dollars worth of Milwaukee tools stolen and nothing was ever followed up on. Still pisses me off to this day, however, I did get my dads wedding ring back when I seen some person wearing my shoes that were stolen. I got him good, we will leave it at that. I told everyone that if I see those shoes I got em, sure enough I did. That ring was the most important to me and it was quickly back in my possession when I seen those shoes peddling a bike a mile away!
Merry Christmas, Ty. Nobody should be stealing. Fortunately, this happened in Orange County. If it was LA County, they'd be out of jail the next morning.
When they took this out of schools and off government buildings and courthouses, everything went to sh*t. We need to remember the foundation of our system and have some respect for it (whether you believe in God or not, not relevant).
We all have been paying the cost for the stealing... insurance refuses to take the beating, therfore passing the cost to the consumer and paying a higher min wage while the employees watch the goings on not doing their jobs
Thank you for bringing the REAL news and always making me laugh my butt off. So many store are closing down because of loss of money due to stealing. Hope all states do this so we can keep our prices down and stores open. Bless you
I think community service to pay back their stay. Keeping them longer means a bigger bill to the tax payers. If they don't do their community service, jail is still an option
That intro , I’m dying 😂😂😂😂😂 No mercy. If you wanna act stupid and be stupid, you are going to have to suffer the consequences. I tell my kids don’t the crime if you can’t do the time, 😂
What if people were allowed to go into the houses of those that steal from the stores? No warning.... surprise it's all okay. Nothing is to be done when someone goes into their home and steals. 😂😂😂
Yeah it does. Ya'll set that stand during fentynl floyd. And let it stand during covid. This will never go away. They changed the law but the DA wont press charges.
Ty! You have me on the floor holding my ribs...AGAIN! My reply to your questions: 1st time offense - jail time on weekends for a set time and then community service AND probation. Second or third offense, JAIL TIME FOR SURE! No probation
Yes yes and yes 👏 absolutely this should be for everyone stealing, since when are they suppose to just waltz in any store and walk out without paying..can’t wait for more law and order.. it’s definitely 💯 needed.. SICK and TIRED of all this bs.
Recently in one week at two different stores I watched shoplifting. Each time the store staff watched, too. At one store I asked why they just let it happen. The staff person told me they are only allowed to call for help if there is vandalism or violence.
Total agreement with thou shalt not steal. Great and needed expose of consequences for breaking the law. May others realize the consequences of their actions.
Risk vs Reward Cost vs Value Last But Not Least: Cause vs Effect (Not Equal &/or Opposite, Necessarily When It Comes To People or Nuclear Chain Reactions)
My home town got so bad with shoplifting in the early 80s that stores left the mall.. no 1 would move in.. property became vacant fir over 15 years.. city bought the abandoned property and bulldozed it.. it's now a grocery store..
When I was 4 or 5, I took a candy bar from the grocery store. My dad sent me in to give it back. They told me I could keep it. I said: "No, mamm!" I never took anything without paying for it again.
TY... ... WTH!! , Being 55 years old here in Illinois, That opening of this segment made me "P" my pants. I don't know if it's age or this flomax pill. LOL!
Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
HEY thats great
And they wonder why prices are going up it's time to start holding them accountable again and stop letting them go home
For some reason very few understand you steal you screw the rest of Americans. Prices have gone up because of these individuals.
Nailed It!
Taking our Country Back...
Awesome it’s about time they do something to keep the stores safer and hopefully theft free.
You are 100% correct. As I recall the 10 commandments didn't say " unless you live in California then it's ok"
Amen
" Bro, your intro costume made us laugh!!!! "Spot on !!!😂😂😂😂.
LMAO!!!

No one should steal!

Except for Jean ValJean.
Gavin Newsom the Governor fought this old law being restored repeatedly. The citizens in CA voted against him, I’m glad they won.
To big to rig 😙
I don't know How they even gave him a 2nd term!
Dems control everything in CA. They count the votes, nuff said
What in the world is wrong with that man...
Many conservatives left, or not crazy left.
Part of why prices rise is theft like this. Amazing that one girl admits she has already served time "last year'.
Where are the parents?? These girls all look well fed and well dressed don't they?
easy to be well fed and look good if you just steal it all!!!!!!!!!!!
Spoiled brats...
They're probably complicit with it.
Parents never whooped their butts. Ever. And now we have to deal with their overgrown children.
Well fed cause they stole the food and well dressed cause they stole the clothes
No mercy
Law and order and respect!
The Katrina refugees that came to Texas were very surprised they were sent to prison for breaking the law.

Somewhere it is written "Thou shalt not steal." And this came from the Highest Authority in the universe.

Great podcast telling all truth. Keep on doing the great work. Period!!
🥳I agree 100%!!
They should have to pay for room and board while incarcerated. And if they can’t pay then more time is added on to their stay in the gated community.
Agree 💯💯💯💯💯💯

None of this should of ever been allowed its about time
Yes its shameful how they put people out of business. Those thugs don’t care who owns the business.
