Actually m also a pharma graduate, i want to ask u something..! How to improve communication skills...with in a month or less days..! And m not tht much fluent in speaking English, i don't feel comfortable while i try to talk in english..,! M.able.enough to read and write and understand bt my confidence level is very low in this area..! So m.just asking u,how to improve tht particular portion nd is it necessary ,we hv to be fluent in english language if we want to go for pharma jobs or any?
