Right now, it’s not investigating during these hearings. They’re just going back and forth about provisional measures until the case proceeds as this case will be under investigated for years to come and the Palestinians don’t have time.

I condemn Israel for the illegal occupation and killing children in the West Bank. I condemn Arthur Balfour and Britain for breaking the Covenant of the League of Nations which required Britain to guide the people living in Palestine in 1922 to statehood. All of this trauma stemmed from the illegally drafted Mandate for Palestine.

Easy! First, make sure all mechanism should be based on International Law [and look for] who actually the occupiers are and who are being occupied? Second, who started the genocide almost every day since 1948 until Oct 7th? Third, establish the idea of integrity of ALL THE SOURCES of both side which one source or report or finding is more credible, factual, truthful, and logical. Fourth, to decide the integrity of sources to whether or not they are credible and accountable [for?] that should be based on the report of other "Neutral Sources"[?] and not based on the report made by either Hamas or Israel. Fifth, then make A BOLD DECISION base on the First, the Second, the Third, and the Fourth.
