Do not use the "climb-up" option first! If you try to climb-up the stairs instead of investigating it first, a trap will activate when using the stairs. You will have to teleport back to Ardy then back to the house via wizard in NE house. 2, 2, 1
For the Passwort: Go out of the Mansion, in front of the Garden ist the Gardener. Ask him Twice the Option 1. He said Password is the Middle name from the owner. Go south east to the Estate Agent and pick up the book, read it and teleport back to the mansion via the Wizard and enter Kurt.
This was the last Quest i needed for the Quest-Point-Cape i only started playing about 3 months ago; but thanks to your Guides it's been quite enjoyable to do all of these Quests.Cheers mate
This guy is literally the only reason I’m able to do quest just finished Mep2 not gonna lie was dreading doing it but his guide made it a piece of cake thanks so much for all the guides and work that goes into making them

IF KURT STILL DOESNT WORK, CHANGE THE PASSWORD AT BREAK NECK SLOW SPEEDS. yeah i know it sound stupid as shit, but it worked for me, leaving a 1 second delay for each change seems pretty consistant.

no one else noticed the quest npc says here takes these karamjan, but than gives you 5 swordfish?
if you want to save 10 to 5 seconds you can use a Karamja teleport from an amulet of glory
You can search the crate before talking to the wizard
