1) is it relative to determine a particular syllable is indeed stressed or unstressed as in ‘understand’ or ‘disagree’? If that’s so, then can every poet have different rhythm in their poem?
2) what is the type of rhythm that has more than 3 syllables? Or at least, how to read the word correctly? For example: ‘melancholic’, ‘underestimating’.

Unstressed syllable is one of those cases if there is a pronoun like I ,we,they and so on or any suffixes or articles like a,an,and the .that we had taken in our university

There's two stressed syllables in "Un/der/stand" the first Un and third Stand are stressed syllables
