I ask this since people started covering it. What stops people in home games from using D&D owned monsters and such in Pathfinder ANYWAY.

Absolutely nothing.

People don't want to have to do all of the number conversions and figure out how many (pathfinder) actions one dnd action should be. Ethically some people might want to just embrace a new system whole heartedly, so will leave old monsters to an old system. Flavour wise, nothing.
